David Peake and Tony Siddons have been working together for over 25 years. Our approach is based on socio-technical systems with a clear focus on strategy, Australian Leadership and culture and their interplay to create exceptional results.
David Peake is the CEO of i-Adapt Business Consulting and CEO and founder of Investor DNA. David combines practical experience with academic rigour to create high-performance organisations that grow, adapt and evolve. David's passion is creating democratic workplaces that harness the full collective wisdom of the organisation.
David has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector including retail banking, investment banking, M&A, stock broking, financial advice practices, insurance, dealer groups and industry associations. David has worked with CEO's senior teams and boards across a range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, education, health, science and technology, IT and government.
Over the past 10 years, David has worked extensively in the financial advice sector. David is a registered organisational psychologist with post-graduate qualifications from Monash University and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts, USA. David is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. (MAPS)
